Cades Cove in Autumn

Cades Cove, in the Smoky Mountain National Park, is one of my favorite places to visit. I love the colors of autumn in the mountains of North Carolina. This landscape painting is painted in acrylic on watercolor canvas and is 16 X 20 inches. SOLD

Bald Eagle

This painting was created in the fall of 2008. The bald eagle was painted in acrylics on watercolor canvas. Painting the feathers was a challenge, but I think they turned out well. The painting has since sold, but prints will be available this spring. SOLD

English Holly

Three branches of English Holly painted in acrylic on a 11" 14" wrap around canvas. I have the leaves going around to the canvas sides. It was a commission painted for "The Holly Man"

Easter Lily

This is my latest painting done in acrylic on watercolor canvas board. This was the first time I had tried using the watercolor canvas board and was pleased with the results. It was great for detail work.
